Some scientists come to new theory that why some people choose not fried potatoes and apples. Those originate in the genes that have been associated with greater risk to obesity.
Research on children in the New England Journal of Medicine Thursday; found that those who have variations of common genes tend to consume foods high in the number of carbohydrate. “They consume an additional 100 calories per share of food, which in the long term can add weight,” said Colin Palmer, Head of Studies at the University of Dundee in Scotland.
These findings do not mean that every person with same genetically (DNA) version will be eating too much and become overweight. They may only have a tendency to consume food manufacturer in the amount of fat more. “It remains to be your choice,” he said, “Gen welcome this overweight created if you do not eat excessive.”
Palmer said, these results support the theory that obesity in children associated with cheapness and available high carbohydrate food.
Years ago, many scientists find the genes, given the FTO name, associated with obesity, but they do not know why. Most other genes that influence body weight is suspected to affect the taste of food.
