All people have their interest and unique talent. Unfortunately, there are a lot of person do their career according to conscience and personal interests. To evaluate the career you are passed, answer the questions below.

1. What is your career goal or target at this time?
If only for the money then you should be careful. Money can buy many things, but money is not everything. Risk-oriented is only on salaries. Maybe your salary increases but not in your prediction, you can be down due disappointed. My argue is when we hare mid-range income and we have plan to married and we want more income, but the raise of salary is lower then expectation.

2. Does the current job is your dreaming or ideal job for long time?
Having ideals is important to someone because of aspiration led achieve a dream. When you love your job because of your dreaming career, if yes, you are in right place. Best and ideal job also contained the willingness and desire for achievement. There is a paradox for me, a lot of case, most people work in not of their dream or ideal job (based on their skill and hobby) but because of they want some money and there are not job vacancies meet their skill (hidden employment)

3. Do you take this job because of the impression the parents?
Parenting is indeed a closing figure, ideal for you to see and sample. This is a good decision if you want to continue the family tradition. For example, your grandfather and father as a successful doctor, then you also intend to become a doctor. However, it is you want?
