Italian scientists team put a recommendation for children who down in obesity or overweight problems. Their observation put result than Milk is good to solve overweight (obesity) for children. The recommendation is not familiar to us because we know that milk has high carbohydrate, butterfat, and sugar which high correlation with obesity. Their observe shows that children who consumer milk routine in days has lower overweight potentially compared with children who have low milk consume. This news makes moms surprise right! Because they know well that milk contain high sugar-overweight caused.
Dr. Gianvincenzo Barba, one of the scientist team observe 1000 sample elementary children told that there is negative correlation between more consume milk with obesity (overweight). I take upon to say to Moms, do you brave to do that, I mean give your child more milk to consume without scare and worry about your kid’s obesity become serious?
