Being a wife for husband and mom for kids are natural and it is not easy to do. Insomnia and Heart Feeling

My cousin’ husband only took 1 minute fall to sleep (REM Rapid Eyes Movement) while I spent more than 1 hour REM.

I have big problems in sleeping, a sleep disorder since couple years ago. I have learned and read some articles, ask to doctor analysis and share with them who have been health in sleeping disorder.
Insomnia or sleeping disorder is very danger, if you are busy person in morning or try to get enough sleeping to revitalize your physical. I take at least 1 hours to get sleep started from closed my eyes on my bed. I CANT SLEEP LAST NIGHT. This is the common state of mine when somebody said, hey Jacky, you look tired.

They told me that insomnia or sleeping disorder are caused by heart feeling, nutrition, live patterns, drugs, physical conditions. I am not the only one; million people out there also trouble with insomnia.

Loving elders as we also enter to twilight zone

If you don’t love your parents when they grow elder, how about you when you become elder?
We are younger, productive and able to care our self. We may need an assistance at home to help us in kitchen or to share our daily activity at home, care our home, care our child when we were out or to care our mom and dad who have entered to twilight zone.

This section, I would like to focus on assistance, an elder-maid for our parents. We love our parent as well as they love us and we always want and wish that they are happier. A nursing for elder at home is good decision if less time you have. But the weakness is parents couldn’t do activity because no friends (their twilight zone community). So Nursing home is better choice for them.
Nursing home become trend because in there they feel better, better treatment from experts, but we must choice the right nursing homes for them, we must do necessary action to make us sure that our parents are in right hand.

Nurses are human and they also have bad mood, tired or anything else. Everyday they associate with elders, care elders, talk to elders even to be elder their self. So as the human, sometimes they are angry, become crazy or do unnecessary thing to elders. It is natural.

H5N1 is back in Northern Vietnam

Bird flu virus H5N1 has found in the northern Vietnam. The virus was killing off the ducks and chickens in two farms, the report from the official authorities. Related officials said that the H5N1 virus has killed more than 100 ducks in Thai Nguyen, 80 km (50 miles) north of Hanoi.
Local officials to identify the H5N1 virus in dead chickens in a poultry farm in the same city and the findings have been responded by related parties in which more than 4,200 chickens that have been killed to prevent the spread of this virus shut.

Deputy Health Minister Trinh Quan on Sunday said that the existence of a very high risk of bird flu back in the winter and spring in northern Vietnam. H5N1 virus seems to develop in low temperatures. In last year five people died due to bird flu and all of these cases found in northern Vietnam.

H5N1 virus has killed 247 people in the world among 391 cases of infection since 2003, according to the World Health Organization. Vietnamese has 106 infections, the second highest number of cases among 15 countries after Indonesia.

Over the past decade research has found that for many women the onset of alcohol abuse coincides with changes in hormone levels – changes that many women are unaware of in the early stages. When this is combined with other stresses in their lives – job changes, health concerns, children leaving home – women can find themselves abusing alcohol for the first time in their lives.

In our teens, 20s and 30s, our ovaries and adrenal glands produce a form of estrogen called estrodiol. Later, during our mid to late 40s and early 50s, our ovaries begin producing less estrogen, leaving more of the work to our adrenal glands. As the adrenal glands take over the job, estrogen drops, spikes and drops again-rather erratically. At this point, many women report that they start to get forgetful and experience “foggy thinking” and moodiness. That’s because our brains work better when estrogen levels are steady. These are the first signs of menopause and, sometimes, the beginning of escalating alcohol consumption as a means of easing various unfamiliar discomforts.

While normal menopause is a gradual process that starts between the ages of 45 and 55, there are a number of things that can lead to this whole process starting earlier than normal, in other words – premature menopause. Sometimes these are a result of lifestyle choices that include the following:
